Vinyasa means ‘to flow’ and our classes are the perfect blend of a workout AND serenity. Raise your heart rate, build heat and energy in your body, as you flow through postures that are synchronised with your breath as a moving meditation.

You will leave this class feeling aligned, balanced, strong and grounded. Mind, body and spirit working together, to focus on mobility, core strength, flexibility, concentration and restoration. Sculpt your body and bring confidence into your life.

A calming and tranquil candlelit class for you to gain all the benefits of both a workout and pure relaxation. Moving through a slow, but strong soulful yoga flow, to build heat and generate energy. We then take time to nourish and restore the body with a more restorative style of yoga, holding relaxing poses, using bolsters, blankets and props for all the comfort and zen. Not to forget the heated eye masks which make a frequent appearance in our testimonials!

You will sweat in this mentally and physically rewarding class. We have a lot of fun, come along and see what it’s all about and leave feeling totally hooked. Despite its name, power yoga really is for all abilities and levels; you can modify and rest when you need to, just as you can explore more challenging poses if you are feeling spicy!

Power yoga provides a full body workout. It is a faster-paced style of yoga that focuses on building strength and endurance. We work through a similar flow each week so you really start to see and feel improvements. You will boost your energy levels, tone your body, improve your posture and balance and reduce stress levels.
