A short introduction video sharing a little bit about me, the benefits of yoga during your pregnancy and what to expect throughout the collection. I also share some information about what you might need to increase your at home experience and how to use props.

These classes have been created to support you during each of your three trimesters of pregnancy and therefore split into three sections. They may be appropriate for other trimesters, depending on how you are feeling, but please ensure you have watched the introduction video and consulted your midwife or doctor if any concerns, current injuries or conditions.
